To use Amazon Prime, all you have to do is sign up and log in from your computer, tablet, phone or tv. You can purchase millions of items directly from Amazons website with free two days shipping. You can watch thousands of tv shows and movies and listen to your favorite music from any device.

They offer low monthly fees or the option of saving even more money, by signing up for their yearly membership plan for $99.  You can read all the benefits below to see what the price is totally worth it.

I also love the simplicity of Amazon Prime and the fact that if I wanted to cancel early I can with the click of a few buttons.  (I am not a fan of sites that require me to call to cancel a membership).

This is number one on my list because it is the feature I use all the time.  I love, love that I can order just about anything and it will show up at my door in two days. Not only can I have something shipped to my house in two days, I can have a special birthday gift sent directly to my mom who lives over 700 miles away from me, in two days.  For a small fee, they will even gift wrap it for you! If you are a procrastinator like me, that is a big deal.

You can also use this two-day shipping to save time and money around Christmas. I literally did at least 90% of my Christmas shopping right from my couch. I didn’t have to drag my kids around, use all the gas in my minivan or deal with the crazy holiday traffic. Amazon has never disappointed me with this. My items have always arrived on time. This was a hidden secret that I just discovered. Ok, probably not a secret, but I just discovered it!  If your an Amazon Prime member you get unlimited photo storage! Yes, unlimited! You can organize your photos right from your smartphone, computer or tablet. Just download the free Amazon Photo App. AND prints start at .9 cents each. AND if your an Amazon Prime Member, you get FREE shipping. I have to say this is a great discovery for me and so worth it!

• Is it worth it? Yes!  As you can see in the photos below, snap fish, is quite a bit more. I compared Amazon Prints and Snap Fish. You can see the comparison in the screenshots below.

6.  Thousands of TV shows and Movies right at your fingertips.

With Amazon Prime, you have access to Prime Video.  This is a lot like Netflix and Hulu. Except you get all the other great perks of Amazon Prime along with the free Movies, Popular TV shows, and Amazon Originals. They have Movies and TV shows for the whole family.

• Is it worth it?  Absolutely! Netflix alone is $11.99 a month! With  Amazon Prime, you get Amazon Video and all the other perks! You can also sign up for Amazon Prime and cut your cable to save even more money!

7. Stream over 2,000,000 songs with Prime Music

Listen to music ad-free, anywhere at anytime on all of your devices. Create a playlist with unlimited skips and even offline playback!

• Is it worth it? Yup. Music apps like Pandora, charge a monthly fee to listen to music without ads. For example, Pandora charges $4.99 a month to listen to music with no ads.  That’s $59.98 a year just to listen to music! Prime Music has no ads and unlimited skips and also includes all the other awesome perks!

8. Two-hour delivery and discounts for Whole Food shoppers

Are you a Whole Foods shopper? Did you know that Amazon and Whole Foods are now teaming up together to make whole foods more affordable? Amazon Prime members not only get a discount they also get free2-hour shipping directly from your local Whole Foods store.  That’s pretty awesome.

• Is it worth it? I haven’t used this feature. But, if you shop at the Whole Foods Market, I think it would totally be worth it. Who doesn’t like getting a discount and I think having fresh whole foods delivered to your home would be fantastic!

9. Amazon Audible Books

You will have free access to the worlds largest selection of audiobooks. Listen to books at home or on the go. Also includes thousands of audiobooks for kids along with educational audiobooks and podcast.

• Is it worth it? This service is $14.95 a month. However, it’s free for Amazon Prime members! That is a $179.40 savings!

10. Order household items with just the click of a button with Amazon Dash

Are you running low on laundry detergent or TP? Amazon has created a feature just for Prime members. You can order laundry detergent with just the click of a button. No really.                        Dash buttons are available for a range of different items. You can purchase a dash button for Toliet paper, cleaning supplies, baby items and so much more!  You will have to purchase the button for around $5 but this will be credited back to you the first time you push the button!

Is it worth it?  We do a lot of laundry in our house, I mean a lot! This is totally convenient and stops those unnecessary last minute trips to the store.  Which saves time and money. You also get FREE two-day shipping.

11. Get rewards for no rush shipping

Need an item in two days? No problem, Amazon will ship two-day shipping for free to Amazon Prime members. Don’t want it in two days? Choose no rush shipping for free and get rewarded! The reward is normally between a $1-$5 credit for Amazon Prime members only.

Is it worth it? Of course, it is free two-day shipping or free no rush shipping with a reward. Sounds nice to me.
